We strive to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days.
If one or more of the items you selected are backordered, the portion of your order that is in stock will ship separately. The backorder portion of your order will ship as soon as the item(s) arrive at our warehouse, which is typically in 2-5 business days.
We presently only ship to customers in the United States, excluding Texas (Due to S.B. 97)
Hardware Return Policy
If your hardware was damaged in transit
VapeHub is not responsible for damage done to consumer goods by the postal service. USPS Priority shipping includes $50 in insurance and you will need to make a claim with them to receive compensation for the loss.
If the goods you received were not damaged in transit, but are defective and it is within 30 days of your purchase date:
Your item qualifies for replacement or store credit only if the item is in like new condition. Scratches and discoloration from regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
If the item is found to have liquid on or near circuitry we will not accept the return.
Instructions: If the value of your item is more than $5, please ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and confirmation that the item is defective, we will ship you a new item, or issue store credit including additional credit to cover your shipping cost.
If we sent you the wrong item
Please ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue you store credit including additional credit to cover your shipping cost and a free bottle of eJuice.

If bottle was damaged and leaked or spilled in transit
VapeHub is not responsible for damage done to consumer goods by the postal service. However, we will issue you a limited store credit, not including shipping, for the items that spilled or leaked. Take a picture immediately upon receipt, showing the remaining juice in bottle and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
If we send you the wrong item(s) or made a mistake in your order
It sucks, but it does happen from time to time. If the information on your bottle doesn't match the info on your order, we will send you another bottle. Please take a picture of the incorrect bottle and email, along with order number to email@example.com
If you don't like the flavor you ordered
Contact us and include the order number and the flavor you received that you didn't like. We will issue a 50% discount code towards a new bottle of your choice.
